Apartment is at level 1 with lift and stairs. No carpet presently. Porcelain tiles need cleaning and resealing. They were sealed back in about 2011-2012 by "TurboForce". Not sure if the sealant is still present. I have had the shower regrouted a few months ago by Grout Guy. There are 2 tiles being replaced in the kitchen, see my other ad if interested. The grout there would be a bit young as well you might have to tape over to protect any cleaning activities. In the laundry bathroom there is a black stain of a minor size on one tile in the shower recess and in the ensuite some similar stains near the floor waste. These clued me to the fact my shower recesses needed redoing, however I am not sure if the stains are mould or related to partial membrane breakdown product thats worked its way through the tile. In the kitchen there is some grunge from where the dishwasher and fridge came out. I havent tried mopping it sorry been a bit busy. Please propose products you are going to use. Please respond with an offer it can be different than mine. The price might need to be two stage. If the stains don't come out I would be reluctant to seal. The last sealant Turboforce used was fine, no slips occurred. I am not keen on a slip resistant sealant that will change the appearance. Regarding timing if the stain removals take more than one visit this is still possible.

I have two cracked kitchen tiles. Fortunately the strata has given me three replacements. They are slightly too big and would need to be trimmed on two edges to suit. I would like the grout to match. We currently have a glass splash back that we’re looking to tile with some kitkat style tiles (on 300x300 sheets with ample spares). Hi local tilers! I have two spare bathroom tiles approx 300m square each which I need cut into 2 smaller pieces each. If this needs to be done with a special tool, perhaps I can meet you during the week where you’re already working and set up to do this? These cut pieces will be approx 100mm x 200mm each. The tiled edging on the bathroom wall comes up about 100mm from the floor. The edging tiles have been cut from the 300mm tiles (they are 300mm x 100mm). The cut pieces I need an Airtasker to make are required to fit between where this edging currently ends, and the back of the newly-installed toilet. There is ONLY two spare tiles, so I would prefer someone who knows how to accurately cut the tiles to size. Thank you :) See photos.

I may need replace the 2-3 tiles with cracks or just use water proof grout to seal the tiles. And just re grout all the tiles where you can see the grout is missing. Most importantly the lower area will need grout in it. Also double water proof.

I need a handyman to remove a metal wall bracket that holds broken glass. The metal channel is full of shattered tempered glass. You will likely need to chip the glass out of the channel to access the mounting screws behind it. It is mounted on bathroom tiles. Please be careful not to crack the tiles during removal.
