One of the angle brackets has become bent resulting in the fence extension not in alignment with the fence. It will require a new angle bracket to straighten. We snapped a screw from our towel rail which we can’t get out. Need someone to remove old screw, fill hole and drill a new hole above it.

I may need replace the 2-3 tiles with cracks or just use water proof grout to seal the tiles. And just re grout all the tiles where you can see the grout is missing. Most importantly the lower area will need grout in it. Also double water proof.
