The 2 shelves have 5 screw holes and come with screws and plugs. The splashback is a thin sheet of metal with a thick plaster board recessed 2mm behind the splash back and then another fibreboard recessed 2 mm behind the plasterboard. One of the shelves needs to cover over the opening of an electrical switch that if possible be relocated 5-10 cm below it’s current position. Have 4x jobs, only quote if you can do all 4x- The rear sliding door is still quite difficult to open, which has been challenging for the tenant. It may require the rollers to be repaired or replaced. The bathroom tiles could benefit from regrouting, as the existing grout has started to deteriorate. The shower handle is showing signs of rust and has unfortunately caused a few minor cuts, so it may be safer to have it repaired or replaced. In the lounge room, the downlight dimmer is making a noise when adjusted, and the lights only appear to work when turned fully up.
