Apartment is at level 1 with lift and stairs. No carpet presently. Porcelain tiles need cleaning and resealing. They were sealed back in about 2011-2012 by "TurboForce". Not sure if the sealant is still present. I have had the shower regrouted a few months ago by Grout Guy. There are 2 tiles being replaced in the kitchen, see my other ad if interested. The grout there would be a bit young as well you might have to tape over to protect any cleaning activities. In the laundry bathroom there is a black stain of a minor size on one tile in the shower recess and in the ensuite some similar stains near the floor waste. These clued me to the fact my shower recesses needed redoing, however I am not sure if the stains are mould or related to partial membrane breakdown product thats worked its way through the tile. In the kitchen there is some grunge from where the dishwasher and fridge came out. I havent tried mopping it sorry been a bit busy. Please propose products you are going to use. Please respond with an offer it can be different than mine. The price might need to be two stage. If the stains don't come out I would be reluctant to seal. The last sealant Turboforce used was fine, no slips occurred. I am not keen on a slip resistant sealant that will change the appearance. Regarding timing if the stain removals take more than one visit this is still possible.

I have a crack in a white porcelain bathroom sink. I need a repair.

Cut with mine or your jigsaw, fit acrylic kitchen, splash back and kitchen bench laminate to fit into 2.2m space. I have purchased the blade for cutting acrylic and also the silicon adhesive for the wall which has been primed & ready. This is a Downstairs kitchenette/bar area. I have purchased a small sink and the cut out is already in the bench laminate. Just want to get that fitted as ready for Plumber to come back and fit the tap. *Have you cut acrylic splashbacks before? *Can you fit a bench top securely and square? *Are you comfortable sealing splashback edges and cutting for outlets? I have jigsaw and blade and dewalt jigsaw but bring your own if you prefer I will be to on site to assist any lifting, if required by you. I need a handyman to remove a metal wall bracket that holds broken glass. The metal channel is full of shattered tempered glass. You will likely need to chip the glass out of the channel to access the mounting screws behind it. It is mounted on bathroom tiles. Please be careful not to crack the tiles during removal.
