As per the attached photos, the bathroom floor is very worn and tired. I want the stone tiles re-grouted (tiles are 40cm * 40cm) and the entire floor re-sealed (please consider whether existing sealant must be removed to ensure the finish looks great). The total floor area is 6.5m2. To be 100% clear, the job is in 2 parts:- a) Re-grouting and apply new silicon. b) Re-sealing the stone tiles.

Grout in a shower recess has become discoloured and needs to be removed and replaced with the same colour. The tiled area is 200cm high and total linear length is 4m (across 4 sides). There is one recessed area (as per photo attached). Each tile is 95mm * 95mm.

New replacement terracotta tiles (supplied by us) will need to be cut and installed on the same row. Located at an office in Camberwell. Work needs to be completed during a Friday afternoon.
