I have a small chip in a white bathroom vanity basin/surface that I attempted to repair using a porcelain repair kit. We snapped a screw from our towel rail which we can’t get out. Need someone to remove old screw, fill hole and drill a new hole above it.

I may need replace the 2-3 tiles with cracks or just use water proof grout to seal the tiles. And just re grout all the tiles where you can see the grout is missing. Most importantly the lower area will need grout in it. Also double water proof.
