We have some broken floor tile and want them replaced. The standard tile pieces are 30 X 30cm. Looking at have the strip of broken one replaced (circled red). Not worried if tiles don’t exactly match but as close as possible. Prefer you supply the 4 broken tiles. We’re in Aspendale 3195 which is directly opposite ASPENDALE Train Station. A porcelain benchtop is to be installed on top of a bricked inbuilt BBQ area. We need the area below the stone prepped to provide a level and stable base for the stone to sit on. Scope of works: Check the surface with a long straight edge or level to identify any high spots. Grind these down using a grinder with a diamond disc or similar. Install aluminium angle along the wall edges and secure with hammer fixings to form the base. Once the benchtop is in place, any gaps or unevenness in the base will be highlighted.

I have 2 small bathrooms that need tiling. I planned to do it but short on time and my skill level isnt good enough.. I have all materials and tiles and the bathrooms waterproofed and ready. I am happy to get a quote just for floors only as that is the issue for me at the moment - i am more confident with walls but a reasonable price will get the whole job done and prob be better for my sanity.
