Bathroom floor needs surfacing and tiling

We recently had a bedroom extended and wall removed. Now need to tile the gap where the wall was. 12cm wide and 195cm long. We have a bunch of spare 40x40cm tiles available.

30sqm of alfresco floor tiling. Tiles are 300x600, tiles are getting laid in a straight pattern. The slab that the tiles are going on was poured 2 months ago and is undercover.

A porcelain benchtop is to be installed on top of a bricked inbuilt BBQ area. We need the area below the stone prepped to provide a level and stable base for the stone to sit on. Scope of works: Check the surface with a long straight edge or level to identify any high spots. Grind these down using a grinder with a diamond disc or similar. Install aluminium angle along the wall edges and secure with hammer fixings to form the base. Once the benchtop is in place, any gaps or unevenness in the base will be highlighted.
