I'm looking for someone or someone's to clean out under our house. There is some building waste and timber and general rubbish left under there. The rubbish, once extracted, will be left at the job - no need for removal from the property. The headroom is about 80cm but it varies and there are services (cables and ducts) that must not be damaged or disturbed, which means it is mostly crawling on stomach. I can provide headlamps, coveralls and gloves. There is not a lot of rubbish, possibly a 1/4 cube or less, but the trick is getting it out, through tight access, without damaging anything. Probably 5 or 6 hours required at most for one person. Scope of works: -Clear and remove all debris from subfloor area (to be left on site) Debris includes (but not limited to): -Loose timber and timber offcuts -Cardboard and paper -Construction debris and previous owners’ materials -Miscellaneous rubbish/plastic/bricks -Possibly some air con duct -Leave the subfloor area visibly clear and free of obstructions Notes: -Must be comfortable working in a subfloor space on stomach in dirt -Care to be taken around existing services (pipes, wiring, etc.) Location: Maroubra Timing: Flexible – happy to discuss suitable dates
