We had the first leak of our roof in 16 years living here (in the Feb 22 floods). Insurance has asked us to complete a few maintenance/repairs to roof before Feb 2023. Please see photo for list of jobs plus general maintenance/sealing/re-roof screwing in future. The roof requires some basic maintenance prior to interior damage being completed by the insurance company. This was noted in their report. "Conducted roof inspection and water has ingress through leaking roof penetration (aerial anchor screw), roof screw heads in the area and gaps around ridge capping.
