Its a single story property located in Kallangur. The tile roof needs pressure wash cleaning to clear the moss and mould build-up (over time). Few tiles might need to be replaced ( i can source them) and the gutter is leaking at couple of places and might need to clean and restore. One portion of tile roof is roof is covered by 20 solar panels approx. No need to dismantle or remove these panels. Recently, the kitchen skylite started to drip water after heavy rain, I am open to consider reasonable options to fix the leak as well as to plaster, sand and repaint the minimum portion of interior kitchen roof (see last pic ) Open to consider reasonable options and offers.
