Note: The house is 1 storey at the front and 2 storeys at the back, so please only offer if you’re confident working safely at height. Scope: - Remove all leaves/debris from all gutters around the house - The gutters have mesh/leaf guard installed. You may need to lift/remove sections to clean properly. Please ensure all mesh is put back securely and correctly in place at the end - Check/flush downpipes so everything is flowing freely - You may use my green bins for waste (please leave the area tidy) Photo Requirements: Please send clear photos after the job of (can just be taken on your mobile): 1. After photos of each gutter run showing it’s clean 2. Wide photos of the whole roof 3. Close-up photos of the small holes already identified on the Colourbond roof sheets (and any other areas you think look suspicious) Access / Safety - There is straightforward roof access and clear run along gutters - Please bring your own ladder/equipment and safety gear - Must be insured and experienced with roof/ladder work Ongoing Work - If done thoroughly, this will be a regular job for the right person. Optional Follow-Up Job: - If you’re handy and if the extra work interests you, there may be a second job immediately after for replacing some of the rusted roof screws on the roof.
