Our gutters are full of leaves and need to be cleaned. The house is an old brick Victorian so some of the gutters are 4 metres or so off the ground. The job includes some outbuildingd as well as the main house

Doesn't need a roof plumber or plumber qualification, just someone with a ladder, gloves and a spare 15 minutes that I don't have

Need an extension ladder to remove this box and terminate that pipeline.

Gutters and down pipes clean and flush. Generally an easy access roof. One side is approx 4.5m and needs a long ladder to access gutter.
