As I'm not good with heights and my ladder is too small, I am looking for someone to clean out the Gutter on my Garage and Inspect the Flashing. The gutter is about 3.6m from the ground, and is just on one side of the garage. Please see picture

The drainage system and gutter of our townhouse require cleaning. Internal rooftop access is available within the house to reach the drain located on the first level. Additionally, the gutter can be accessed from the backyard. No overgrown grass. Just debris and fallen leaves needed clearing.
