2 story house. A gutter on one side has sagged in the middle, possibly because of high water ingress volume at some stage, possibly when air con was installed. But it's now sagging in the middle a bit and is turned more outward in the middle, thus not collecting water properly. Height at roughly 5 meters. Two sections of my concrete roof tiles have fallen away. I think they are called the ridge tiles. I need them fixed, both sections are on the second storey of a two storey home.

I would like the gutters of my 2 storey house cleaned please. It will be necessary to bring an appropriate ladder. Please note that the roof of the first storey sticks out in some places at the rear of the house, which may affect ladder placement.
