Leaking roof, easy access, need it repaired so the ceiling can be fixed. It has been an ongoing leak so need someone that can investigate and track down the sources of the leak. We think we have found a couple of problems e.g. cracked ridge capping grouting. There will be more work for the right person. Looking for work to start ASAP.
