Need some roof repairs done before interior repairs done under insurance. This is the task that the insurance assessor requires to be completed. "Engage a suitably qualified roofer to repair the bedding and pointing and replace the broken roof tiles that have cracked due to age." The gutters almost certainly will need a clean, and possibly repairs/replace gutter guard. Happy to discuss doing this as a separate job. There's about 15-20 spare roof tiles, but no ridge cap.

We purchased R5 batts for our ceiling when renovating, but they installed half of what was required (only the renovated section which they were working in) so the rest is needed ing to be completed. There is clear access either through man hole or move a couple of roof tiles for external access. There is new ductwork and electrical work in ceiling so please be mindful. Easier for two people as one person can pass to the other to place in location. I need 5x bags of insulation to be laid in my ceiling between timbers. I just attempted it myself but I’m too inflexible these days to climb between the beams. Access can be through a couple of kicked back tiles to via manhole. There is new ceiling ducting to work around and be careful not to damage. No taping or tying required, just neatly laid over the existing blow in insulation. I have the insulation / ladder / knife to cut bats etc here already if required. I received a report of roof exterior ( please refer to the attached the photo of the report).
