Moving into a new office space, which has a moderate sized 2 person desk that wraps around a pillar (in the middle of desk). We need someone to deconstruct/demolish + dispose of waste for us. Desk is not drilled into the ground but may be glued/secured in certain spaces. We need this done before Monday 24th next week and also are not wanting any damages to occur to the floor (vinyl) or surrounding environment. ! We are moving our current office into a storage unit and need an awesome project coordinator to manage the entire process. Looking for a trustworthy person with experience in coordinating and managing a move or similar. Project 1. Scope office items and storage space required (measure what needs to be packed and stored) 2. Identify local respected storage unit for the space required (get 3 quotes) 3. After sign off secure storage unit 4. Coordinate a moving team to make the move on or by the end of Saturday 26 February. This is includes getting competitive quotes and sign off. 5. Source boxes, packing tape, etc and pack items that require bubble wrap, boxes, ensure that all items that are on desks, floor, in cupboard etc are 6. Oversee the safe moving of items into the storage unit 7. Hand back keys Items for moving - 3 seater lounge - 12 work tables / 11 office chairs - 2 meeting room tables / 14 meeting room chairs - 6 monitors - Dining table (heavy) - Miscellaneous items (loo paper, coffee machine, stationary, banners, etc) This task is needed to start ASAP from Thursday and to be completed by the end of day on Saturday 26 Feb. Please note the dining table is heavy but the legs do come off. The office tables need to remain moved as they are (I am not looking for a flat pack). The building has a large set of stairs to the elevator - approx 16 stairs. The large dining table however does not fit in that elevator and will need to be taken by the mover down 3 flights of stairs in total.
