The truck can’t enter B2, so these items must be trolleyed a short distance to the lift, brought to ground level and loaded from the accessible parking/loading area. The remaining items are in the apartment on level 23. There are about five entrance steps at Forest Hill. The piano does not need to go upstairs, although some boxes may need to go up one flight. Everything will be packed. The washer and dryer will be disconnected and the fridge empty. Please bring piano and furniture trolleys, straps and protective blankets. General moving insurance is required; separate specialist piano insurance isn’t necessary. The $280 budget covers the first two hours even if the job finishes sooner. After two hours, the task price will increase by $30 for each additional 15 minutes actually worked. The budget is fixed at $525 for up to four hours, inclusive of the removalist team, truck, fuel, travel, GST, Airtasker fees and any piano or heavy-item charges. If the move is completed sooner, payment will be calculated in 15-minute increments at $32.81.
