Spa controller not working I got it second hand was working for a while

The spa bath powers on and makes a buzzing/humming noise when the button is pressed. However, the water jets do not work.

Last time I used the spa I could see smoke coming from the pump.

our glass pool door should close when its not being held open however, at the moment it's not shutting properly. this is a safety hazard. the issue is with alignment perhaps. magnet strip also needs replacing
