Hello, We’re looking for an experienced tradie who can help us to regrout, clean and replace missing pool tiles. We have spare/new tiles to be added. The work to be done is the blue tile area around the rim of the pool. It’s 8 small tiles in length down ways around the whole pool. Alternatively, if we can find someone with the right experience we could also look at taking the tiles off and completely replacing with new tiles.

My pool has all this gross dead algae in it that is proving really difficult to vacuum to waste. Chlorine plus vacuuming just isn’t doing the trick. Fibreglass spa is situated in an outdoor deck so can be accessed from underneath. The leaking is coming from the base of spa; leak or crack is not visible as water is coming out from above a timber bearer supporting the spa. Leak is not related to pipes or plumbing - it is coming from the fibreglass shell. Plumbing, pipes etc are connected to spa so need someone with experience in this type of repair.

Hi there, We are not looking for regular maintenance services, so if this is what you are looking for I am sorry to disappoint you. As much as I want to support you as a small business, it is also quite pricey to pay a few hundred everytime for us. What we are looking for is someone who is experienced to look at our system as a whole and tell us what is wrong with the pump / anything we need to do in particular. Currently, the pump is blowing bubbles (it used to be very strong pump, but we can see that it is also not sucking the water very well). We suspect that there is a Air leaking somewhere, or blockage. We have tried back wash, adding water, adding salt, everything available suggested online. We also regularly test the water at the pool shop. Thank you for your time.

Pool pump humming but not starting – likely capacitor Pool pump: Waterco Supatuf 1.0HP MK2 Pump powers on but only hums, does not spin and no water flow. Pump lid is seized and cannot be opened by hand. Suspect failed start capacitor or seized impeller (possibly after running dry).
