Need to fix this shower leakage in armadale area

The pressure is very bad in the last few weeks , and its either extremely hot or extremely cold , there was an issue with boiler six months ago and a plumber set it and it was good for a few months but the shower is back to really poor pressure and very hard to get the temperature good for a shower. Shower = Both low pressure and difficulty maintaining pressure in shower , also is a slow drip from shower even when taps are closed fully tight. Kitchen sink = water can get extremely hot once put in the hot position ( close to boiling hot ) . Shower was sudden issue (middle of May) Kitchen sink temperature has always been an issue. Got a plumber out to take a look and adjust something but it seemed to be back to boiling within a day or two. The kitchen sink is manageable to live with , shower not so much.

Unblock toilet - toilet flushes but fills up and takes a while to drain

Two wetwipes were flushed down the toilet together a few days ago. Toilet is repeatedly blocking. Have temporarily fixed with auger and plunger but blockage returns. Water is currently flushing but will fill up then slowly drain leaving a small pool of water. Shower and sinks are fine.

Change inlet valve within toilet tank? Keeps filling and overflow, makes noise too. I can provide parts or you can buy and i'll re-imburse.

Toilet is leaking from the base of the pan onto the bathroom floor. Water pools around the base after flushing. Suspect a worn wax seal / pan connector between the toilet and the floor outlet. The toilet itself flushes and fills normally, leak is only at the base. Looking for a plumber to diagnose and repair. Please quote a fixed price including callout, labour and parts :)

When the toilet flushes the system is making a strange noise the water is still filling up and can be used, also a separate toilet has a leak in the connection pipe from the toilet to the floor
