I would like to replace a kitchen sink , a mixer tap, shower head x2 and garden taps x2. My current kitchen sink is 115cmx45cm. Cut out hole is 113.5cm x 45cm. My replacement sink is 114cm x50cm, hence work might include cutting out more 5cm due to the size of new kitchen sink. Otherwise other jobs are pretty straight forward.

Replace failed silicone – Remove mouldy/discoloured/failed silicone around the shower frame, corners and perimeter where needed, then reseal neatly with bathroom-grade mould-resistant silicone. 3. Mould/grout clean-up – Clean mould, staining and grime from shower corners, grout lines and frame edges. Regrout small damaged areas if required. 4. Shower screen/frame clean – Deep-clean glass and aluminium tracks/frame, including soap scum, limescale/mineral buildup and grime. 5. Repair wall patch – Smooth and repair the rough wall/plaster patch beside the towel rail. 6. Tighten towel rail – Secure the loose towel rail properly to the wall. Please supply tools/materials and quote for the complete job. Experience with shower resealing/leaks preferred. “Diagnose and permanently repair the source of the shower leak. The shower must be water-tested after repair and must not leak when water is directed at the affected corner. Do not simply apply silicone over the existing area unless that is confirmed to be the actual cause.”

Looking for an experienced plumber to fix a blocked toilet in Ballajura today if possible. A complete plastic toilet rim freshener/holder was accidentally flushed down the toilet. The toilet still drains some water, but after it was used again, solids are now not flushing properly and are backing up. I have already tried reaching inside with gloves but cannot feel or retrieve the plastic piece. I believe the plastic holder may be stuck inside the toilet trap.

I was away for several weeks and upon returning to my ground floor apartment (built in 1960s, bathroom renovated in the past decade) I discovered the washer in my cold shower tap has worn out. The cold water can no longer be turned off completely (currently keeping my apartment’s water supply off when not required) I need someone with all necessary tools and experience to replace the washer. The hot tap turns off fine, but it was last replaced around the same time, so I’d be open to having that checked/replaced as well to ensure both taps are working properly.
