Hi, we bought a new kitchen tap from Bunnings and need someone to install/replace it. There’s nothing wrong with our current tap, we’re just replacing to a better one. Looking for someone (preferably a licensed plumber or experienced handyman). Please bring your own tools and silicone sealant. I have a Sinkple Yosemite kitchen sink with a built-in dial/control system that is leaking. I am looking for an experienced plumber or handyman to: Disconnect and bypass the existing Sinkple control unit under the sink Install a new standard kitchen mixer tap Connect the new tap directly to hot and cold water supply The current system is an inline unit (not hard-plumbed), so the job involves removing it from the water flow and installing a normal mixer. Important: This is a bypass + install job (not repair) New tap will be supplied (standard 1/2” connections) Existing plumbing appears standard (braided hoses) Access is easy under the sink Please only apply if you have experience installing mixer taps and are comfortable modifying/removing existing systems. Photos show standard under-sink plumbing and current setup — looking to simplify to a normal mixer tap.

Recently noticed shower mixer is leaking when tap is on. See attached photos.

I’m reaching out to request a repair for my kitchen tap. The flexible pull-out hose inside the tap has fallen back into the spout and is no longer accessible or functioning properly. I’ve checked under the sink, and it appears the hose may have slipped or disconnected. I’m unable to pull it back out from the top, so it likely needs adjustment.

I’m looking for someone experienced in shower regrouting and resealing to fix a leak issue. Shower head is leaking despite being turned off tightly

Shower head dripping a lot. I think tap washers need replacing. Please fix and then replace washers in all 6 taps in the unit.

New Shower head in bathroom continues dripping water periodically after use and turning off. Also water changes temperature drastically between hot and cold without touching the taps as too hot to touch.

Toilet is leaking from the base of the pan onto the bathroom floor. Water pools around the base after flushing. Suspect a worn wax seal / pan connector between the toilet and the floor outlet. Require plumber to fix blocked toilet

The toilet cistern seems to be continuously running. May need to fixed or replaced. See attached pictures/videos

Toilet is not working. Originally it wouldn't refill with water. I tried to diagnose the issue and snapped a plastic component of one of the valves in the process. Need someone to please replace damaged / faulty parts so the toilet works again. Plumbing qualification not required, as long as you know what you're doing! Required to be completed before 3pm 31st December when we are having friends come around. Can be completed today (30th), tomorrow morning or tomorrow (31st) early afternoon at the latest. I will pay for the cost of the replacement parts separately. Thanks!
