Instal a new kitchen flick mixer tap (supplied by me) to replace an existing one.

Getting a new stone bench top installed on Saturday with an undermount kitchen sink. Need the sink connected to waste and new mixer tap installed. Same general location but moving 400mm to right.

Change from old mixer tap to new one. All other part of the shower is done but need a plumber to change the tap.

I have the replacement tap I just need someone to remove the old one and install the new one.

I have a Sinkple Yosemite kitchen sink with a built-in dial/control system that is leaking. I am looking for an experienced plumber or handyman to: Disconnect and bypass the existing Sinkple control unit under the sink Install a new standard kitchen mixer tap Connect the new tap directly to hot and cold water supply The current system is an inline unit (not hard-plumbed), so the job involves removing it from the water flow and installing a normal mixer. Important: This is a bypass + install job (not repair) New tap will be supplied (standard 1/2” connections) Existing plumbing appears standard (braided hoses) Access is easy under the sink Please only apply if you have experience installing mixer taps and are comfortable modifying/removing existing systems. Recently noticed shower mixer is leaking when tap is on. See attached photos.

I’m reaching out to request a repair for my kitchen tap. The flexible pull-out hose inside the tap has fallen back into the spout and is no longer accessible or functioning properly. I’ve checked under the sink, and it appears the hose may have slipped or disconnected. I’m unable to pull it back out from the top, so it likely needs adjustment.

Need to fix this shower leakage in armadale area

The pressure is very bad in the last few weeks , and its either extremely hot or extremely cold , there was an issue with boiler six months ago and a plumber set it and it was good for a few months but the shower is back to really poor pressure and very hard to get the temperature good for a shower. Shower = Both low pressure and difficulty maintaining pressure in shower , also is a slow drip from shower even when taps are closed fully tight. Kitchen sink = water can get extremely hot once put in the hot position ( close to boiling hot ) . Shower was sudden issue (middle of May) Kitchen sink temperature has always been an issue. Got a plumber out to take a look and adjust something but it seemed to be back to boiling within a day or two. The kitchen sink is manageable to live with , shower not so much.

Toilet is not working. Originally it wouldn't refill with water. I tried to diagnose the issue and snapped a plastic component of one of the valves in the process. Need someone to please replace damaged / faulty parts so the toilet works again. Plumbing qualification not required, as long as you know what you're doing! Required to be completed before 3pm 31st December when we are having friends come around. Can be completed today (30th), tomorrow morning or tomorrow (31st) early afternoon at the latest.
