Shower mixer tap is dripping. I believe it needs the cartridge replaced, but the grub screw on the handle may be a bit stuck, Allen key removal is not working. Looking for someone to replace cartridge which I will pay for once I find out which one I need to buy. Located in Balcatta. Flexible with time, but weekends and after 4pm preferred.

Looking for someone to have a look at our shower that is leaking through the wall. It does look like the silicone that connects between the floor and wall might need redoing? Trying to hold off renovating our bathrooms and just fix for now but if can’t be done and the whole shower needs to be redone will have to look into that at a later date

I’m looking for a reliable handyman to fix a leaking shower tap in my bathroom. The water keeps dripping from the shower head even when the tap is fully turned off. It looks like the tap washer or cartridge might need replacing. Someone who can service the tab for this and resistance to future leaks Please note — before fixing, both the mains water and the gas hot water cylinder will need to be turned off to do the job properly. check the pics attached the job is in Riverton 6148

Got water damage on other side of shower wall. Require shower to be sealed or regrouted. Would also like shower screen replaced.

Located in Port Kennedy. My shower won’t stop leaking or trickling water and it’s getting bloody annoying. I don’t think it’s a huge job, just needs someone experienced who actually knows what they’re doing (not a plumber necessarily, just handy and confident with this kind of thing). Flexible with timing but the sooner the better.

I’m looking for a handyman to check and fix a toilet cistern issue where water keeps running from the tank into the toilet bowl. I’ve turned off the water at the wall tap to stop it for now. The job involves inspecting the cistern, fixing the cause of the overflow, replacing the toilet tank seal/washer, and making sure the toilet is working properly with no ongoing water flow. Toilet is not working. Originally it wouldn't refill with water. I tried to diagnose the issue and snapped a plastic component of one of the valves in the process. Need someone to please replace damaged / faulty parts so the toilet works again. Plumbing qualification not required, as long as you know what you're doing! Required to be completed before 3pm 31st December when we are having friends come around. Can be completed today (30th), tomorrow morning or tomorrow (31st) early afternoon at the latest. I need to maintain my 1 bedroom apartment in the Perth CBD (address 22 St Georges Terrace, Perth WA 6000). Firstly, the toilet water tank keep refilling after flush and it doesn't completely stop after water tank has been refilled fully. Secondly, the tile at the shower drain tray area needs to be re-sealed (old seal no longer working). Lastly, I have 4 fluorescent lights that need to replace the light tube (light bulb) but I don't have a step ladder to reach the bulkhead ceiling. See attached photos for the 3 items. There is a small leak coming from a tube on the inside of my toilets cistern, leaking into the bowl. Most probably needs a new washer. This makes the cistern refill itself every few minutes.
