We have laundry, kitchen sink and dishwasher all in close proximity in the kitchen. We had the sink overflow accidentally and water went to the subfloor. Hybrid flooring was taken off to help dry subfloor. Before new flooring goes in, we would like to install a drain in this area incase any future accidents/overflows happen. Also please install waterproofing of some kind? Wanting to install a drain so that if any overflow issues happen again, there is an escape for the water. Thanks.
