1. Downstairs toilet not refilling to flush. 2. Upstairs toilet sometimes drips at the wall tap. 3. Kitchen mixer tap not secure, may need tightening or new seal. 4. Shower arm squirts water in all directions from the nut nearest the wall and from the nut nearest the actual shower rose. 5. Vanity basin tap leaking where the base of the tap sits on the actual basin. - Due date: Before Tuesday, 26th Oct 2021
