Fix roof leak due to water flowing from the top roof pipe on the roof below as shown in the attached picture. Confirm if it possible to install a downspout (gutter) along the roof so water is not flowing on the bottom roof. Also inspect whats else might be causing the roof leak. I checked bunnings website and the downspout pipes for around $26. Accordingly I have posted the job budget. But if the material will cost more please let me know.
