Would like a plumber to come and check the storm water pipe and connection to the easement near the back fence. As the house is built in 1970s I think the stormwater pipe is terracotta. The land is sloping to the back of the house and there is usually water puddles after heavy rains. I suspect if there are cracks in the pipe, blocked or not even connected to the easement as typically seen for houses this old. Install new laundry sink and dispose of old one. The current sink does not sit flush against the wall due to pipes. It also has a hole cut into the side where a pipe has been threaded through. The new sink will need this hole cut in. Please see pictures of current sink. I have just bought the property and have no details on the current set up. I need a professional written report. I have reasons to believe my electric hot water system was wired incorrectly and set up through the wrong electricity metre.
