Disconnect hot water cylinder and reconnect it at the new location. New location is about 15m from the power board. Plumber is moving the job starting at 9AM and will take about 4 hours. System is 2 years old and has a breaker at the current location that can be moved.

Drainage is partially blocked

I have a rainwater tank at my property, I recently change the both pump and controller myself, not sure what went wrong the pump auto turn on and off in every 5-10min. Need someone to fix this issue, it may be a quick fix not sure. Can someone please fix this for me??? And tell me their charge , not willing to pay call out fees.

Install closet, basin and tap fittings in the bathroom. The water inlet for the closet is too close.
