Will need additional plumbing to add an S-trap and because the drain is located directly under the sink hole (not by the wall) it will probably require some elbows to get the pipe to connect with the drainpipe. I can source the pipes or happy for you to supply and add to the invoice.
Very happy with the job. Great communication and flexibility. The scope of work turned out to be a bit more than I imagined but Dave was able to manage it all with impressive problem solving and patience.
