I need an external tap fitting off a laundry room, so the plumbing will be max 2 meters away from the internal pipe work under the sink.

We have a reverse osmosis water filter that we brought with us from another property. It needs to be need to installed under the sink / benchtop with a faucet delivering into the sink. The sink has splitter tap, and a 35mm thick wooden bench top, which will need to be drilled for the faucet. We have an isolation valve, pressure reducer and water filter. You will need to supply: - T-piece or similar fitting to tap into cold water supply. - Fitting to tap the ¼” PVC waste water tube into the PVC drain (there is only 1 dishwasher waste inlet, which has a dishwasher installed) - Sink Top Faucet Please advise price and availability, we are flexible with the actual date.

Plumber: fix kitchen sink tap (the faucet seals are dead and faucet is loose) and tap washers need replacement + two outdoor taps are leaking, so washers may need replacing (or taps replacing with hardpipe soldering). Can provide photos.

Toilet is leaking in upstairs bathroom, appears to be from base of toilet. The leak is very slow on both sides of the toilet. Appears to be coming from where toilet is sealed to floor, I've attached images of where it's likely coming from. 2x taps with slight leaks in house require replacement. Upstairs shower and downstairs basin, would like both of the taps in both shower and basin to get replacement oring and washer.

we have 2 large pgi downpipes would like to replace with 3 pvc downpipes to stop the dripping noise. its a 2 story long downpipe. so a 6m ladder is required. the second down pipe can be installed single story access and connected to each other. the 3rd new down pipe may be required to eliminate water build up in gutter to eliminate the dripping sound.
