We have a Zip tap installed (immediate hot and cold and sparkling) in our kitchen island with the unit in the cupboard underneath. One of the buttons recently stopped working so we have a replacement tap so we just need them swapped over and plugged in etc. prefer that the installer has worked with Zip or Billi units before

We already have a Zip tap (immediate Hot/Cold/Sparkling) installed on our island bench at home with the unit underneath in the cupboard. One of the buttons broke on the tap itself so we have a new Tap that needs to be swapped over for it. Unit is fine, just need the tap changed over and plugged in etc. preferred that the person has done work with Zip or Billi units before.
