Have to replace an existing faulty tempering value with a new exact original replacement. I am just after labor charge as I have the tempering value.

I have an instant electric hot water system in my apartment, it gets up to 45-50° in my laundry and kitchen taps but the shower and bathrooms are max 35-38°.
