A plumber has already inspected the system and confirmed the plumbing side is working with no leaks. They believe the electric booster/heating element has failed. Looking for someone who can: • Check power supply, fuse and wiring to the hot water system • Test the existing heating element • Repair any burnt/damaged electrical connections • Replace the heating element if required • Test/replace the thermostat if required • Test the system afterwards and confirm the electric booster is heating correctly Please be able to supply/bring a suitable replacement element and thermostat.

The toilet is blocked and draining very slowly. Have tried using a plunger without success. Likely requires a drain snake/auger to clear the blockage.
