The pipe from my water meter to house is leaking and need replacing. - Due date: Flexible

Hi I have a Daveys spa pump and the filter cartridge has leaks. Will require new seals or pipes replaced. The Ozone Unit doesn't seem to work (light not coming on) The automatic sender unit only operates via remote control not at thr master. A general service and water check. The spa pump and heater (electric) works fine otherwise. Would like a light replaced in it if possible. Main concern is the leak fixed. Happy Valley prefer someone with spa pool knowledge and experience

Looking for a quite for Re-Grouting/Siliconing the shower/bath/sink areas of two small bathrooms. Nothing crazy, just minor. Ensuite (with toilet) needs siliconing throughout, including inside and outside of the shower, sink area and floor edges etc. very small space. Main bathroom (with bath) needs the shower re-grouting, and the rest re-siliconing including all around the bath area, in and out of the shower, around the sink and floor edges etc. This would include removing old silicon. Maybe filling a few gaps and just generally leaving it looking refreshed and good. I’m a bit of a perfectionist so needs to be a super neat job, so experience with it is necessary - I just don’t want to look at a mess every time I walk in there! Flexible with dates and times (the main bathroom shower is dry and not used).

Kitchen tap is leaking washers need replacing and mixer is loose. Silicone needs replacing in kitchen bench to tile splash back. Silicon in bathroom where shower screen meets bath.

To connect gas line hot cold water and drain to sewer it’s a small granny flat all connections are on the same wall.

I have a leaky toilet and some taps that are not working.

Hi I have x3 plumbing issues that I need fixed! 1) my bathroom hot water tap comes on but you can’t be shut off? 2) when you flush the toilet the water runs for hours?? 3) the kitchen tap, when turned on sometimes re-tracts the out put.. to turn it on full strength and then it reduces itself down? Is there someone who can fix all 3 issues please?

My tap keeps leaking looking to get fixed today if possible. Probably just a washer unable to repair myself.

Remove old kitchen tap and install new one. I bought one from Bunnings but not sure of it is compatable so perhaps you could clarify this for me? I'll attach some photos. Location is Happy Valley. Would love to have the job done this week.

The washer has gone in my hot water tap leaving me with serious dripping. I would like someone to determine what washers are needed, provide the washers (doing both taps) and change them in the taps. I am working from home today so would be really useful if someone has time to do it today.
