Hi, We are in the midst of bathroom renovations and need a plumber to help with the following: - Install new basin/vanity unit (the unit is already in the property, and the previous basin removed -- may need tools to remove wall bracket and adjust ground piping to fit the unit in) - Swap over taps for: shower, bath, laundry sink.

I need a vanity installed and some advice on a hot water system at my house in Cowandilla (near Torrensville).  Vanity ·        See photo attached of existing old 1960’s pedestal that needs removing ·        New stop cocks ·       Install basic 90cm floor standing vanity unit – note that the bathroom has an old terazzo floor with those little curve at skirt so the vanity will need a jig saw taken to the corners to make it sit flush against the wall – I’ll certainly pay additional for the time it takes to do this ·        Install basin mixer ·        I will supply vanity, mixer and plug & waste ·        The vanity will cover over any tiling holes etc behind the old pedestal. I also need advice (and possible next job) on moving a hot water system so if you have your gas ticket this would be an advantage.
