Seeking a qualified plasterer to render internal brick walls ********** I have a brick room (~3.5m x 5m) under my house. The brick is untreated and unpainted. The grout between the bricks has some minor gaps/cracks and so I'd like to render the internal walls, both to create a more attractive finish and to keep out dust etc. The ceiling has already been plastered so does NOT require any work. The floor is well tiled and so also does NOT require any work. The 4 walls all need to be rendered. Please assume I want a smooth, painted finish. Ceiling 3800 x 3800(thinking leave the closest, run renovator across face?) 4x 5.4m 42x11 pine moulding for cornice Wall 3800 x 2460 (overboard) Nail 12x12 and 18x12 moulding on either side of wall (supplied by me) Ceiling is a bit lumpy, would be nice to level the end meeting the new wall. After pulling up wallpaper on a 1960s house, discovered a lot of the walls are terrible. I can’t paint them without pretty much full plastering. Also got a dirty big hole in the garage that I’ve been told a skilled patcher can do. So, 60sqm plastering, looking to get this done over next few days maybe it’s a two-three day job for someone who is an expert. One day to plaster one day to sand. I’m flexible as to what is placed there as long as it has a door and feels private as it backs onto the kitchen and lounge.
