Ceiling plaster had some water damage from rain water leaking. Small section of room. Wanted to repair it. Section is 73cm X 45cm. That needs repair. Summary: - cut out water damaged plaster - remove damaged insulation - replace insulation and plaster - patch and paint to original match original ceiling colour. BUT there is a chance it may just be painting ceiling if no issues.
