Hi, I’m looking for someone to supply and gyprock a wall in a bedroom and a hall way area.

I have a wall 2.7m x 2.7m I would like skim plastering to cover up wall damage and make smooth.

Instructions: 1) patch hole on ceiling with gyprock 2) cut out section of return air box to allow air flow into the unit 3) cut in and install 45x45 man hole into patched section to allow for access to the unit in future if required

Remove existing damaged gyprock, replace, plaster, and paint. Area 3: ceiling on small outdoor veranda. Approximately 1.8m x 65cm. One downlight. Remove existing damaged gyprock, replace, plaster, and paint. Area 4: plaster small water damage on gyprock seam. Paint. Area 5: plaster cornice. 2 lengths, 1.8m and 4.2m Remove existing damaged cornice, replace, plaster, and paint. We will need to you remove waste. And project any carpets and furniture from debris. Gyprock patch a hole in my roof

Remove a single layer of tiles, a miror and then plaster the wall. 4metres by 5 metres aprox. Remove flooring.

The hallway is approx. 5 metres long and 1.5 metres high, with some patching required to blend into the existing walls for a seamless finish. To plaster skim a bedroom ceiling which is 3.5m x 2.5m.

I need someone to repair the damage to this brick wall. 1. Fix the brickwork - old bricks are available if needed. 2. Render over the bricks to ensure the surface is aligned and watertight. (Painting is not required.) NOTE: This is a high roof approx 4m. Easy access from the side of the house. Background: The bracket from my powerline came off from a falling tree branch which has left a huge gap in my plaster. The powerline has been moved to the verandah but the bricks are out of alignment and much of the render has come away meaning water is coming into the bricks.

I have some cracks in various walls (largely in plaster I believe), I need these cracks assessed and repaired properly (not just painted over). I also have some old painting nails that I need removed and filled / painted

Installed down light locations in wrong location. Need existing ceiling patched with gyprock and sanded ready for painting. There are two main down light holes that need covering plus a small hole. Need to bring your own material.
