Kitchen has been gutted and need the following done: - Fill holes in wall and plaster wall - New cornice around room - Block up doorway and plaster Room is on the ground floor with good access. Wall Dimensions: Wall 1 - 244(h) x 320(w) Wall 2 - 244(h) x 290(w) (has an aircon head that will need to be worked around) Wall 3 - 90(h) x 320 (only 90 cm high as it has a window). The door that I want filled in is 213(h)x83(w) The flooring will be done after the job so no need to protect the floor.

A new timber door frame has been installed. When the old frame was removed, sections of the adjoining plasterboard/masonry wall were damaged and pulled away with it. The affected areas are along both vertical sides and the top of the doorway, with some areas of uneven edges and missing plaster. We also need a plinth for a bath to be framed out if that’s something that can also be done. Work required: • Patch and repair the damaged wall sections surrounding the new frame. • Build up and skim coat where plaster is missing so the wall surface is flush with the door frame. • Blend repairs into the existing wall to ensure a smooth, even finish ready for paint. • Ensure no visible gaps remain between the frame and wall once completed.

I need a set of wooden gymnastics stall bars (already assembled, approx. 2.3m tall) securely installed against a plasterboard wall in my timber-frame house. ⚠️ Important: The stall bars need to be fixed into wall studs (not just plasterboard) so they are strong enough to safely take full bodyweight, including hanging and inverted exercises. Wall is standard plasterboard with timber studs behind. Stud finder and correct fixings will be needed (coach screws/bolts into studs, or battens if studs don’t align with brackets). I need this mounted rock solid and safe for load-bearing use. The unit already has metal brackets top and bottom for fixing into the wall. Please bring your own tools and appropriate heavy-duty fixings.
