Stopping up if plaster sheets on roof of alfresco

We are having a wall installed on Monday and need plastering done the following day

We tiling our kitchen splashback around 1.5m2. We have removed the old tiles. It's a brick wall and some holes need to be filled to prep for tiling and a small section needs to be rendered. I've attached a video and some photos for reference. The small section on the side needs to be rendered/flattened to be painted.

1 x Large Full length mirror to be carried upstairs (straight flight of stairs) & securely anchored to wall. Mirror is 190cm x120 and weighs approx 45kg. Mirror will be leaning against wall (not mounted) but needs to be anchored for safety. 1 x full length mirror 120 x 110 to be anchored to wall on ground floor

Fixing the ceiling plaster board lining

I need plaster fixed on a small area on the wall. The two places where it has come off are located close to each other. See picture for more details. I will also need help with extracting a small piece of paint on another wall so I can take it to Bunnings for getting the paint. Painting is not required.

Need to do plaster patching on the wall

I'm seeking a tradie to repair the roof lining of my back patio in Cragieburn. The plasterboard and cornices will need to be replaced. I am seeking someone to quote me for both materials and labour. It measures approx 308cm x 394 cm and it about 3m high. The roof lining collapsed several months ago. The area was made safe by my insurance company (all debris removed, electrics disconnected completely) and covered up with chipboard. They determined via a structural engineer that the collapse happened due to installation and construction defects and are not covering it. So I am seeking someone who is willing to do a compliant replacement (see relevant details from engineer report in one of the attached images). I am seeking someone with availability this week on either Tuesday Sept 30, Wednesday Oct 1, Thursday Oct 2 or Friday Oct 3. Parking on site is easy in my driveway and everything is on the ground floor with easy access to the back via the garage.
