Hi, I need a small wall repair near an internal door frame at my property in Clyde. Some plaster and paint have chipped away around a metal bracket, but the bracket itself is secure. I need the plaster filled, sanded smooth, and repainted to match the existing grey wall.

We would now like to remove all the ceiling vents and the air intake vent and supply/install the holes with plaster and finish ready for painting. 1. Cut out and remove affected plasterboard on BOTH sides of the window. 2. Inspect inside the wall cavity for any mould or moisture damage. 3. Clean and treat any mould found. 4. Replace removed plasterboard with moisture resistant Villaboard. 5. Patch, fill and finish edges neatly

Very easy, should only take half a day to stop up, then i need sanding as well following day.
