Hi there, I have a small corner of the plasterboard ceiling that is sagging slightly. Condition: The plasterboard is completely dry (no water leak/damage), just popped off the joist/adhesive. Ceiling Height: Standard height (approx. 2.4m). Scope of Work: Push up and securely re-screw the sagging corner into the ceiling joist/batten. Apply plaster/filler over the screw holes and hairline gaps. Sand smooth so it is ready for paint (I will do the paint touch-up myself).
