I will be having someone rendering a brick fireplace in each of my two apartments. Once these dry, I need someone who can lime wash the rendered walls as well as the gyprock walls above this and paint the inside of the fireplace black. Paint supplied. There are two apartments. I will need someone available next week as the day and time will depend on when the render dries. Photo of finished job attached.

Fix drywall please - kicked it in sleep and need to replace it before moving out. There is renter friendly wall paper over the top of it currently

Need someone experienced to fix a kitchen benchtop issue and build a small wall. The benchtop currently has a lip/overhang that wasn’t cut, which is blocking me from framing a wall next to it. This needs a clean, straight cut (laminate benchtop, already installed). After that: - Frame a small wall section next to the benchtop - Install gyprock and finish it smooth (ready for paint) This is a visible area (living room side), so finish quality matters. Looking for someone with proper tools (ideally track saw) and experience with benchtops and gyprock. Photos attached. Located in Randwick.

I need to mount a base for an indoor clothesline, but the area where it needs to mounted has been patched before and isn't strong enough to hold it. I need a new piece of plasterboard about 300mm x 300mm to be inserted with some internal backing to serve as an anchor. Unfortunately are no internal studs in the area around where this is going to be mounted.

Plasterboard wall repair after TV mount removal – professional finish required. I have a wall with multiple old TV mount holes, metal anchors, and a cable chase opening. I need: • All metal anchors removed • Damaged plasterboard cut back cleanly • New plasterboard patches installed with backing • Joints taped, skim coated, sanded flat • Entire wall repainted to match existing finish This is not a filler-only job — it must be done properly so the wall is perfectly flat and invisible after painting. I also want all cables hidden behind the wall Please quote including materials and paint.

We are looking to hang a round mirror onto a plasterboard wall. The mirror is not glass, but it has a metal frame so is heavier than something you might get at Ikea etc. Looking for someone who can hang it properly, using the appropriate fixings, not make a mess, etc. And takes pride in their work.

Need to remove Gyprock part and make some more space.( its possible, checked back side). Need more room for bigger fridge.

We had an oyster light removed and replaced with a ceiling fan, leaving behind a small hole that needs patching. I'm happy to paint it afterwards, just need the plastering done.
