Need 3 attic openings fully covered over, plus a small hole in the wall. Needing 2 identical openings plastered over (2330x920). Plus, another opening (1340x1400). Maybe needing stud walls? Not sure what the best way to go about it would be. Also one small 20x20 patch work needed over a hole on the wall. Opening to the attic is around 100x100 to fit material, equipment and tools through which I can help with. A ladder runs to the upstairs. Space will be cleared out before work is carried out.

Hi! I’m looking for someone to fix a small damaged area on my wall. The main thing that needs to be repaired is a small hole where the paint/plaster came off after cleaning some mould. If possible, help with properly cleaning/treating the remaining mould would be highly appreciated as well. It’s a small job, just one spot (photo attached). I need to mount a base for an indoor clothesline, but the area where it needs to mounted has been patched before and isn't strong enough to hold it. I need a new piece of plasterboard about 300mm x 300mm to be inserted with some internal backing to serve as an anchor. Unfortunately are no internal studs in the area around where this is going to be mounted.
