Hi! I’m looking to paint the interior walls and ceilings of a unit. Specifically, the living/dining room and 3 bedrooms with a connecting hallway, all in one colour, likely a satin neutral or warm white. There will be a bit of plaster repair work to be done for cracks and dents. I would also like box trim moulding (single box per panel) for the living/dining room and main bedroom walls (maybe just 2 of the 4 walls per room). See image reference and floor plan.

We don’t use this old fire place flute. Can you please remove from ceiling and patch wall. We have some spare roof tiles that can be used.

Supply and install gyprock in 2 small areas and patch one hole Plaster and make ready for paint No need to sand

Hi - I have 2 closets that were widened and now need plastering in readiness for cabinetry to go in. In addition - we have some small repairs and picture holes that need to be filled in prep for painting.

I need a plasterer to plaster over a rendered wall. There are few places that need smooth plastering so it is paint ready. I can pay a daily rate. I think it is 4-5 hours job.

We need to replace our current ceiling of 3.8x6.5m, box the beam, patch up and replace cornice to standard 90mm. The existing cornice need to be replaced and matched up in kitchen and hallway (total cornice to be replaced is around 35meters). The total budget is $3200 to remove and install.

We have recently removed a brick wall from a living area and hallway. We need to patch the ceiling, box the beam, remove old cornice and replace with a standard 90mm cornice. As the old cornice is 350mm wide - may need to patch the gap. The total linear length of cornice is about 30m

Hi there, We are looking for an experienced plasterer to plaster 1 brick wall in our laundry. Wall should be finished to be ready to paint. The $5 in the add is not our actual budget, we are obviously willing to pay more and would appreciate your qoute. The wall itself is brick which has been plastered over in the past. Part of the wall has fake brick on it (black in the photo) which I will remove myself. Removing the fake brick will however likely leave glue and pieces of brick stuck on the wall (see second photo). The plastering should be so thick that this is no longer visible. Dimensions: 2,3 x 2,2m (h x w) = 5m2 in total All cabinets and false brick will be removed by me before the plastering. 1.Replace both broken wheels with new ones for my backyard sliding door. Not sure if need to uninstall/reinstall the half metal mesh door first (which is screwed outside). I can give a hand when need to move the sliding door and require two persons. 2.Fix a plaster ceiling hole, about 40cm diameter, not for load bearing, just fix it and looks flat is fine. I can prepare the painting or even paint it myself once fixed. Photos attached. Let me know if need more information. Thanks

2 bedrooms - partly done, needing joins, mudding and sanding.

I would like a seperate our living area into a room by building a timber frame add door and gyprock. The size of the wall is 2.1x3meter.

Need to fix water proof and gyprock for ceiling - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 30 January 2024
