I need a wall built to create a Seperate clinic room (along the line shown in picture) and a door hung . Would prefer someone to do weekend work if possible so as to not disturb surrounding businesses

Looking to have 4 walls of a room plastered so they can be later painted by my painter including on the outer side of the door opening. Assume timber cabinetry will be removed. Assume 6m x 6m room with 2.7m ceiling height. Allow for render grey float and white setting. Allow for plasterers dark cement, plastering sand, lime and hard wall. I need a new ceiling installed into a bathroom that i'm renovating. The roof is approximately 1.5x3m. I have removed the cornice and will remove the bating in the ceiling space prior to the job being commenced. This is an old style ceiling secured using the old "horse hair" method.

Wall is standard plasterboard with timber studs behind. Stud finder and correct fixings will be needed (coach screws/bolts into studs, or battens if studs don’t align with brackets). I need this mounted rock solid and safe for load-bearing use. The unit already has metal brackets top and bottom for fixing into the wall.
