Looking for an experienced professional to flush joint, texture, and paint a ground-floor external Blueboard (fiber cement) wall. The wall is approximately 10m long by 3m high and faces west. I will supply the required exterior jointing compound, texture coat, and paint. Scope of Work: • Jointing: Install external-grade fiberglass mesh tape over all seams. Flush the joints flat using the supplied exterior polymer-modified cement base coat. • Texture Coat: Apply the full exterior acrylic texture coat over the entire wall to handle the heat expansion. • Painting: Apply one coat of alkali-resistant exterior sealer, followed by two coats of premium exterior paint. • Note: The paint colour will be light-to-medium (LRV greater than 40%) to prevent heat absorption.

we had old ceiling lights replaced with downlights. Now the old holes need to be repatched and painted. There are 4 in total (bedroom, dining, kitchen and small one in laundry area). Photos below except for bedroom. I also have a courtyard with broken and crumbling render around garden beds, which would be an additional piece of work if the plastering job goes well. Can be discussed further in person.
