Hi there, I want to cover an ugly popcorn ceiling and add downlights in a 25m² studio apartment and like to get a quote. I need to preserve as much of the ceiling height as possible as it's currently only 2.44m. Please let me know what I'm looking at in material cost and labour. Many thanks
