The job includes: * Removing all damaged plasterboard. * Installing new plasterboard with proper backing/support if required. * Taping and setting the joints. * Sanding the repaired area smooth. * Priming and painting to match the existing wall. * Blending the repair so there are no visible patches, uneven texture, or colour differences. The finished result should be restored to its original condition, with no visible evidence that the wall was previously damaged. Please bring all necessary tools and materials. Hi there, I want to cover an ugly popcorn ceiling and add downlights in a 25m² studio apartment and like to get a quote. I need to preserve as much of the ceiling height as possible as it's currently only 2.44m. Please let me know what I'm looking at in material cost and labour. Many thanks

I have an existing downlight which is being removed and so I need someone to replaster the ceiling and seal off the existing downlight hole

The lower aluminium frame of a perspex shower door needs fixing where the seal has come adrift. 2 holes in the plaster walls and 1 in the ceiling need filling.

Gyprock ceiling has come off roof beams. No water damage. Just drooping. Need it to be cut, partially replaced. Accessible from a manhole and below.

1.3 m high shelf, secured to wall. I have mounting hardware, do not have drill. Would be good if you had a variety of mounting screws as the ones I have may not be long enough. I have the ikea brackets though.
