Clear scope (all patch & paint): • 1 of 950 × 400 mm return air vent on side wall – remove vent, fully patch wall and paint • 7 of 400 × 400 mm ceiling duct openings – patch and paint • 2 of 250 mm round ceiling duct openings – patch and paint • Hallway ceiling & wall hairline crack – V-groove / mesh / patch & paint • 2 of square-set ceiling hairline cracks – patch & paint • 1 of small irregular wall patch – finish & paint This is repair / make-good work, not a new build. There is a small hole in the plaster wall in the bedroom that needs to be repaired and possibly paint matched. I have a two-part hole in the plasterboard which resulted from a mirror being removed. I think it's too big to use mesh patches, but I may be wrong. All in approx 18cm x 25.
