Some walls are stud walls (screw on gyprock), some are mansonry (stick on gyprock) * Ground floor 30sqm single room - install suspended ceiling, then install ceiling gyprock and wall gyprock. I think it would be good to visit the site to see the details.

Plastering work on joints and corners, in readiness for painting: - 2 x Joints (total length 1,820mm) - 7 x Corners (total length 3,030mm) Metal corner angles are provided - just need the skill/labour and tools, compound and adhesives/fastenings. This is only a temporary modification (bench will ultimately be removed), but still want a neat/tidy job.

Apply second and third coats to joints, angles, and screw fixings, feathering out for a smooth finish. Sand all surfaces to a uniform level, remove dust, and prepare walls with sealer/undercoat ready for painting. Wall is double sided

Looking for someone to repair a small section of internal wall (~20x20cm) that was opened up for electrical work. Wall appears to be cement/plaster over brick (not plasterboard). Hole in a wall needs some plastering

We need help taping and setting gyprock in a small cupboard to get it ready for painting and install of doors. Budget is per hour.

Hole in ceiling needs to be gyprocked. 10mm gyprock. 1200mm by 600mm

A large several cm gap appears in the ceiling after install of new exhaust fan. The gap is to be appropriately repaired. I am happy to paint the repair myself, I simply need the gap repaired and ready for painting. Photos attached.
