Create a doorway between an upstairs bedroom and small adjoining room to create a walk in wardrobe. It's a plasterboard and timber stud wall, not double brick! Need doorframe but no door. We'd also like hanging racks and shelves in the new walk in wardrobe so if you can do that, happy to discuss of course, or we can take care of that separately.

Want to create a room by closing off an area with two gyprock walls with a door frame

I need the walls and ceilings of my whole house scraped, sanded and plastered, in preparation for me to paint it (NOTE: I will paint it, this is just for wall prep)

Pretty simple job. Supply and fit one x or cut two x gyprock sheet/s to masonry wall no battens required as it will be a snug fit. No patching, no painting required. I have 1 x small tub of glue. Sheets can be fixed vertically or horizontally. 2625 x 1360mm h (1350 h ok)

The roof of my apartment has a textured roof as seen in the two pictures below. I want to change this to a simple flat/smooth ceiling as is more common. I need a plasterer to do this job. The apartment is a tiny studio and the roof that needs changing is about 16m squared.

We are looking to hang a round mirror onto a plasterboard wall. The mirror is not glass, but it has a metal frame so is heavier than something you might get at Ikea etc. Looking for someone who can hang it properly, using the appropriate fixings, not make a mess, etc. And takes pride in their work.

Instructions: 1) patch hole on ceiling with gyprock 2) cut out section of return air box to allow air flow into the unit 3) cut in and install 45x45 man hole into patched section to allow for access to the unit in future if required
