Remove small partition wall glass and Gyprock and dispose

We have removed a wardrobe and the gyprock inside has not had top coat applied - needs to be smoothed out so that it’s continuous with the rest of the wall. Also, a sliding door track has been removed from the wall and needs to be sanded with some holes filled.

I need Patch up work on my plasterboard.

Installing suspended ceiling and gyprock ceiling and walls in two storey granny flat. * Top floor 26 sqm, two rooms - install ceiling gyprock, and walls gyprock. Some walls are stud walls (screw on gyprock), some are mansonry (stick on gyprock) * Ground floor 30sqm single room - install suspended ceiling, then install ceiling gyprock and wall gyprock. I think it would be good to visit the site to see the details.

Plastering work on joints and corners, in readiness for painting: - 2 x Joints (total length 1,820mm) - 7 x Corners (total length 3,030mm) Metal corner angles are provided - just need the skill/labour and tools, compound and adhesives/fastenings. This is only a temporary modification (bench will ultimately be removed), but still want a neat/tidy job.

I need gyprock hung in my shed. I will provide the insulation panels.

Set all joints with compound and tape, including internal corners, and install/set external corner beads. Apply second and third coats to joints, angles, and screw fixings, feathering out for a smooth finish. Sand all surfaces to a uniform level, remove dust, and prepare walls with sealer/undercoat ready for painting. Wall is double sided

Hole in a wall needs some plastering

We need help taping and setting gyprock in a small cupboard to get it ready for painting and install of doors. Budget is per hour.

Hole in ceiling needs to be gyprocked. 10mm gyprock. 1200mm by 600mm

A large several cm gap appears in the ceiling after install of new exhaust fan. The gap is to be appropriately repaired. I am happy to paint the repair myself, I simply need the gap repaired and ready for painting. Photos attached.
