I’m looking for someone to remove any loose paint, prepare and repair the surface, sand it smooth, prime as required, and repaint to colour-match the existing wall. The finished repair needs to be neat and blend in with the surrounding paint, as this is a rental property with an upcoming inspection. Please include all materials and labour in your quote. I need two shelves mounted on a plasterboard wall to hold board games (approx 8-10 kgs. I already have the shelves and brackets (see photos) but I didn't feel confident with the sort of screws / anchors I needed to make it secure.
