Several small areas require plastering and gyprock repairs following some electrical works. There are: 3 x ceiling fan areas need bolt holes filled 2 x ceiling holes were cut for electrical installation, need the board replaced and patched (I have the pieces that were cut out) 2 x walls need patching, 1 hole next to new air con unit, one from a shelf falling down. I have additional gyprock sheets if required.

After a cancellation, urgently need a plasterer for tonight or as early as possible tomorrow morning. **edited to add, we have found the circle cut out parts the electrician removed! So these can be used to plug the holes back up** Need to patch 6 holes left from downlights and a ceiling fan being removed and relocated, plus one light switch, and a hole by the blinds that previous tenant had done a bad patch job on. There are also 4 holes from anchor screws being removed, they have been filled in but may need another once over. And small holes from towel rails being removed. You must be a professional installer with experience. I have 4 pieces of Velvet fabric (supplied by me) to install onto plaster walls in a horizontal way. Minor prep and cleaning of walls and then install. You will need to provide the correct adhesive for the velvet.

Need to fix cracked wall, thinner wall not sure if just a plaster will do, needing a fix as part of bond cleaning

Need 3 holes patched and skimmed Professionals only please Need to keep the mess down and clean up after sanding. Might be easier to cut the whole section out and replace as one piece ?

Curtain rail ripped away from the wall in master bedroom and left a roughly 6-6.5cm diameter hole in the plasterboard. 2 smaller/shallower holes in teenage son’s room, one around 3cm diameter and second around 6cm. We are looking for someone to tidily repair these holes as soon as possible, although we will not repaint at this stage.
