I had a ducted air conditioner installed in my ensuite roof and need the roof of ensuite redone. The ceiling fan needs to be installed into new roof. Also a few holes near the unit entrance filled and the wall painted. And the wall in bedroom repainted. The bathroom needs a new waterproof backsplash over bath and then regrouting around bath.
