Hi, I need a professional plasterer to patch a rectangular hole in my ceiling that was cut to fix a leak. ​Details: ​Size: Approximately 30cm x 30cm. ​Location: Ceiling is standard height, but the hole is located next to a bulkhead and cornice (see photos). ​Requirements: Patch, tape, and sand to a smooth, paint-ready finish.

Looking for an experienced plasterer to repair several holes in the walls and ceiling, and replace some cornice in our house. There are 3 separate items: ========================================== Item 1: Patch and prepare walls for painting A 3/4 wall has been removed. Removing this has left some holes where it was attached to the room walls. "Item 1 - Left Wall" - Hole is ~90mm wide, but the damaged area is 160mm at widest point by 2180h. The two areas circled in red in the photo require filling too. If you think it is easier to simply replace the area with a bigger piece of plasterboard, the distance from the door trim to the light switch is 810mm. If possible would also like you to remove the two pieces of wall trim and replace with the single piece supplied. "Item 1 - Right Wall" - Hole is 150w by 100h, but the damaged area is 200mm at widest point by 2200h. It includes mesh tape stuck to the wall. ========================================== Item 2: Patch old halogen light fitting hole Power has been disconnected and light fitting is just sitting there to block the hole. Hole requires patching and made ready for painting. ========================================== Item 3: Replace Cornice 60mm cornice needs replacing and made ready for painting. Note in a few places the ceiling isn't flat. The doorway wall is 1775w, the smaller wall is 575w. The black hooks will be removed before you come. ========================================== Can provide more photos if anything isn't clear. I’ve already ripped the old plaster off because the corner wasn’t square and it was noticeable against the flooring – it was doing my head in. I want this done properly so the corner is perfectly square and straight, and doesn’t show up visually against the floor line. 15 small holes needing Plaster patch ups. One holes a little bigger. Need done by Sunday night. I have taken photos with my car key fob next to holes to help with size reference.

We need a small patch in the ceiling above our ensuite shower sanded and repainted (we will supply the paint). The roof leaked from an aerial during a storm last year, that’s since been fixed but there is some damage to the roof in the shower (see photos) we need a professional to do this properly but don’t want to repaint the entire ceiling.
