I need a qualified handyman or plasterer to repair a damaged ceiling around an exhaust vent. There is a hole and cracking in the plasterboard directly under the vent. The area will need: • Cutting back damaged plasterboard • Installing new plaster patch • Setting and sanding smooth • Repainting to match existing ceiling • Ensuring the vent remains properly fitted

I've recently had timber frame bedroom windows installed and 2 require plaster repair or skim coating around the edges.

We are looking to hang a round mirror onto a plasterboard wall.
