Cut out existing water damaged and mouldy plaster ceiling and corner. Replace with new ceiling and corner. Cut holes for existing downlights. Install one new 600x600 or 450x600 manhole. Patch and sand ready for paint. Removal of rubbish caused from the works. - Due date: Flexible

Build a finished plaster wall (2.4m width x 1.65m Height) with door to create an under stairs storage room. Painting also required. See attached photo of the space & examples of what we are after. No material/ tool supplied. - Due date: Before Friday, 13 January 2023

Remove old picture frame cornice from walls and fill cracks in walls from restumping

We have done a small bathroom alteration and done all the patching etc but need to get 2 pieces of 55mm cornice put up and trowel where the patches are.

Need a plasterer to replace ceiling in the garage, which is gradually coming down.

Small plastering job for pre kitchen fitting. Price negotiable.

Ceiling of the bathroom to be plastered and skylight shaft, frame already up. Room dimensions 2.45x2.45 ceiling height 2.7m

1. Plaster in an old fireplace (measurements 1350mm x 1000). Mantle already removed. See photo 2. Removal and replaster 10 old internal plaster wall vents (measurements 160mm x 265mm). See photo 3. Install new skirting along where fireplace was (4metre length)

Small area where painting was. Need it repaired before moving out. Urgent.

Downlight clip has broken the plaster leaving the light hanging out. Believe this just needs the plaster repaired to give the light clip something to grip to and secure the light fitting. See photos, light fitting approx 15cm diameter for reference
